Working together

I understand the profound challenge of struggling alone. You may feel as though something is fundamentally wrong and that no one truly understands or cares. Trust me, I’ve been there, and I know how isolating that can be.

You don’t have to face these feelings on your own. I am a male therapist who specializes in working with people who are exhausted from carrying their burdens alone, desperate to break free from feeling stuck, and eager to become the best version of themselves but unsure where to start. Think of me as your guide to a calm harbor, helping you navigate the stormy waters of life towards a place of tranquility and growth.

Taking that first step can be daunting and uncomfortable, but I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can chart a course to a life free of regret and full of potential.

I’m here to help you make that change. Please schedule a free 15-minute consultation call today, and let’s embark on this journey to calmer waters together.

Initial Counseling Consultation Call

Free

During your free 20 minute initial consultation call, we’ll briefly discuss your needs and how my therapeutic approach can support you. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit for your mental health journey.

First Counseling Session (90 mins)

$150

During your initial 90-minute counseling session, we’ll conduct a detailed assessment of your needs, set goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan using various therapeutic techniques. This comprehensive session aims to establish a strong foundation for our work together and provide you with initial strategies for immediate relief and progress.

Follow-up Counseling Sessions (50 mins)

$120

In your follow-up counseling sessions, we’ll review your progress, address any new concerns, and continue working towards your therapy goals using tailored interventions. These sessions provide a consistent and supportive environment for ongoing growth, reflection, and adjustment of strategies to help you achieve lasting change.

I currently do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

What is a Superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt provided by your therapist that includes all the necessary information your insurance company needs to process your claim.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Statement

At Calm Harbor Counseling, we are committed to providing transparent and affordable mental health care. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we offer Good Faith Estimates to help clients understand the expected costs of our services.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the total expected costs of non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like therapy sessions, consultations, and other mental health services. It is not a bill but an estimate to help you plan and budget for your care.

When will you receive a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services upon request or when scheduling an appointment. If you schedule an appointment at least three business days in advance, you will receive your Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your scheduled appointment.

  • 15-minute Initial Consultation: Free
